Terms and conditions

The Services are the website at mysticmc.co, the Minecraft servers reached at play.mysticmc.co on both Java and Bedrock, and the official MysticMC Discord.

Our store runs on a separate platform under its own checkout terms. Buying from it is also covered by the terms of that platform and of the payment provider handling the transaction.

The server rules apply the moment you connect, and staff enforce them. They cover conduct, cheating, claims, the economy and everything else expected of a player.

The rules can change as the server does. The version published on this site is the one that applies, and it is worth reading again after a major update.

We aim to keep the servers online and the worlds intact, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, hosting problems and events outside our control can all interrupt play.

Access to the servers and the Discord is something we offer, not something you own. Staff may warn, mute, kick or ban an account where they judge the rules to have been broken, or where an account is being used to harm other players or the server.

Moderation decisions are made by people, and people get things wrong. If you believe a decision was a mistake, raise it through our Discord rather than in game.

We keep records of moderation actions, together with the information described in our Privacy Policy, so that decisions can be reviewed.

Ranks, keys, virtual items and other packages are a licence to use features on our servers for as long as we run them. They are not physical goods, they are not property, and they cannot be transferred or sold on to another player.

What a package contains can change as the server changes. Features may be rebalanced, renamed or retired, and a world reset or a version change can affect what a package is worth in practice.

Purchases are delivered to the account named at checkout. Give the right username, because a package delivered to the name you typed is a package delivered.

Refunds are handled by the store and the payment provider that processed the transaction, under their terms. If something did not arrive, open a ticket in our Discord first and we will try to put it right.

A chargeback or payment reversal takes back the purchase it paid for, and access to the servers may end while one is open.

This site has no player accounts, no logins and nothing for visitors to submit. It exists to tell you about the server and point you at the store, the Discord and the live maps.

The text, artwork, screenshots and layout on it belong to MysticMC or are used with permission, and are not free to be reused elsewhere.

Player counts and other live figures come from services outside our control and may lag behind or be briefly unavailable.

MysticMC is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft or Discord, and is not endorsed by any of them.

You need your own valid Minecraft account to play, and your use of Minecraft and of Discord stays subject to their own terms and policies. If those platforms do not permit you to use them, these Services are not available to you either.

We may update these terms as the server, the store or the law changes. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with them.

Continuing to play or to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
